Most likely, you've used a different AlertPay account email address when you purchased it.
If this was the case, please send us a Support Ticket with the reference number.

If you've used PayPal, be sure that you've used a verified PayPal account.
If the account you used for the purchase isn't a verified one, a refund was automatically issued.
