Probably you've paid using an AlertPay email address different from the one you have configured here at NeoBux. In this case, all you need to do is send a support ticket with the purchase's reference number (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) and we'll process it as soon as we take a look at your ticket.
Please pay attention that if the purchase was made using an AlertPay email address from another NeoBux user, it will be this user that will be credited and no transfer to your account will be made.
